Jump to msg. # I have several comments: (1) This is a total surprize. Not mentioned in any discussions I have had with BizDev people. (2) This has to have been recently derived. On the Nov 14th call I was told zero changes to O/S and Float. Others have been told the same even more recently. (3) This is certainly dilutive. (4) I am not real happy to hear it. Jump to msg. # Let me add a comment: The fact that the company has updated the Issued so that the A/S is roughtly 2.17 times the O/S may have bearing on some sort of share restructuring plan discussed in PR earlier in the year. Rumors of such a plan are out there.
