Hi dvdw,

Can't disagree with you on your view of the market internals.

Time forward windows of any kind.. Bradely, astro, fib, internal cycles, etc... are for me... easier to understand when looked as windows for change and not just required trend change.

Getting through March and especially the end of March when a series of windows are open... will tell me a lot... so what comes out will make me feel better as to the general direction of the markets.

SPX Monthly chart 1994 shows the higher fib extensions are active at 1268 -- 1340 and in fact the 1.618 Fib is 1429

The fact that this is a highly leveraged world society adds instability, which has so far been contained, but shouldn't require that it self-destruct. A change however, in the "We agree to Agree" substructure of our leveraged world society's unspoken "scouts honor pledge"... would get my attention.

My Best,
Chip
