This is probably the most important issue of the day--Bush fumbles and extreme ineptness, Cheney's evil eye(s), Rove's dirty-tricks, Delay's Christian/Abramoff-brothed daze, Frist's deep and greedy stockpockets, Hastert's hear-no-evil, see-no-evil-feel-no-evil fatty posture, Rumsfelds nothina-laden lectures, Cunningham's yachty sleaze and Gannon/Guckerts White House tricks, etc. are all interesting. But what really counts is: DO THE VOTING MACHINES FUNCTION FAIRLY FOR THE NEXT ELECTION!!!!!!!!

Only if the voting machines work in the next election will there be any semblance of effective oversight to the issues, and the personalities who propagate them, which are important.
