Congress needs to get serious about port security. The Administration seems to have other fish to fry.

Nationalize them! And institute a draft to fill them with a re-constituted Merchant Marine.

Hell - Aircraft, steel and autos are CENTRAL to our economy so we might not need as big a Merchant Marine if we kick out foreign autos, aircraft and steel.

The Really good part - just like Hoover the Dems can blame the new depression on Republicans even when its their own fault for protectionism.
