Yes, I agree. Religion is not the only corruptable concept. But, the original line of discussion began when there was a claim that Islam is an inherently evil religion, and not one that is being manipulated. I pointed out the historical issues with Christianity and the advances during Islam's heyday to show that the shoe has been on the other foot. Cyberken respectfully disagreed (well, ok, I made up the 'respectfully' part :)
