Obviously, if there is civil war in Iraq, the whole war has been a failure and it has made us weaker and less secure as a nation. It has decimated our military, gotten about 20,000 Americans killed or wounded and has drained our financial rsources. The only winner in the US in Iraq is Halliburton which has ripped off the tax-payers of at least a billion dollars. Plus Halliburton CEO Cheney was the biggest pusher of the Iraq WMD Al Qaida tie lies.
