Now you play with it for awhile, then you put it aside, use it again, and it ends up in the garage with all the rest of the stuff waiting to be dumped on a moved.

Apparently all those civil servants (however mistaken they may be) feel good going to work because they are doing a public service - doing their duty. Arrrgh!

I think they claim to be satisfied because they have the government backed guaranteed existence. When quitting hour comes around you walk away. If you work for yourself, you work all the time and a lot of what you make goes to support the guaranteed existence types.

The 20th cnetury was all about individuals suing government to get the guaranteed existence. The 21st century will be all about individuals getting rid of paying to support those getting the guaranteed existence.

There's a lot of rancor in Canada towards the state. Previously Canada had been about rugged individualism. That property is still in the Canadian psyche more so than the equivalent in the US. Since Canada is more socialist and in light of the Canadian psyche, the anger is far more fierce. Watch for it. It could be dangerous to you.
