I'm not suprised that the Cato Institute finds excuses to cover up our poor health statistics; our unequal treatment of citizens our over-stressed society and the poor comparative treatment of minorities leads to our poor relative showing overall in health statistics against almost all other high or moderate income countries ; despite the fact that 20% or 40% get real superior health care--- at high prices.
