Rick, you were not just "kept in the dark", you were outright lied to. There's a big difference, especially with regard to a publicly traded company. - Jeff

rrm... RE:The company was keeping the investors in the dark. Now that is the most sense you have made in months! However it didn't take a brain surgeon to figure out what was going on. I believe when the share count was updated on december 7 2005 that is was in fact wrong and fraudulent by PLNI. I also believe this is why Pink Sheet is still locked down because Jim won't provide the correct information as to when and how he sold the shares. good luck, shorts
