6 year president term and term limits for the House where folks cant serve more than two consecutive terms. If they want to come back after one or two terms out, thats OK. Sometimes i toy with the parliamentary system with a pres, not pm as an alternative too. 225 year old american system in need of some modernizing and that should not be taken as a criticism of our system, but a challenge to update what has worked so well. I would also ban rove/begalla type folks on both sides and ban 24 hour talk statioins on cable and radio. (g)
