LOL... A main point of controversy hinges on what until now were obscure decisions in the annual budget process, marked by routine tensions between agencies and local congressional delegations on one side and White House budget officials on the other.

In that the levee's were not topped but failed because of improper construction and nothing was planned for the area that failed, only the mentally retarded and psychotic embrace the PartyTime babble.

no, you don't get it

you don't want to it

your bush/republican hatred blinds you

it makes you dishonest

here are the facts:

Betsy a cat4 hit NO in 1965 - levees breached - 164,000 homes flooded - killed 76 people - $1.42 billion in damage

Camille a cat5 hit NO in 1969 - sustained winds of 190 mph, with gusts exceeding 210 mph - storm surge over 24 feet - killed 143 people along Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana - $1.42 billion in damage - forced the Mississippi River to flow backwards for a river-distance of 125 miles, north of New Orleans, then the river further backed up for an additional 120 miles, north of Baton Rouge

George Bush presidency began 2001

this is an investment site right?

you do the math

then assign "blame"
