Except that 'islamo fascism' is at odds with the Dubai deal that Dubya was so anxious to get through. Apparently the rightwing is splitting itself apart because it can't figure out how Dubya can be gung ho on Dubai while 'islamo fascism' is the great world terror.

Republican rule is very ugly, financially bankrupt - literally and thoroughly ineffective. Why, when they have all of this power, do they choose to drain the treasury, start wars and open up our entryways to the same people they decry as terrorist supporters?

It doesn't make any sense so how do rightwingers keep their heads from exploding with the contradictions? Apparently, this week at least, they've taken to criticizing Dubya. I predict that in the near future they'll simply say that Dubya has gone off the 'conservative' reservation for the time being but they expect him back after the furor has died down.
