The times term limits have worked GREAT with presidents more often than not since they took effect.

The effect of not having term limits is proven in the results:

A House with a 90+% re-election rate (resulting in a nation guided by senile has beens like John Murtha.)

Senators who haven't got a CLUE what the Dubai ports deal was about-or that it even existed.

Thurgood Marshall and Sandra Day O'Connor sleeping on the USSC bench (but waking up to VOTE!!)

Ted Kennedy, Pat Leahy and Smilin' Joe Biden.

Districts dominated by Hispanic voters but still represented by bovine-eyed racists of the House Black Caucus.

The people of a state or district have the right to send a moron to Congress, or elect a president who will appoint dummy's to the Court. There is a moral LIMIT, however, to how long they can impose their own stupidity on the rest of the nation. At LEAST, they should be required to SWAP morons occasinally...

I should not have left out the "Grassley Jungle", and Ted Stevens defending the "Bridge to Nowhere"...

That is an excellent point about the smaller states, I'd never really thought about that, but that is right..
