well lets just watch and see how many itunes sells of those Jon Stewart dailyshow episodes. I'll bet a lot.

Google has a few indie films on google video for sale for $2 or something. There have been about 50K downloads of one, but the payment wasn't in initially so you can't assume $100K was generated, but still, its a new service. Google gets 30% so say there was 100K generated the filmmaker makes $70K.

The thing is, indie films sign 100K deals at Sundance, and thats perceived as a "win". Lots of films get no distribution. So this medium is a good one, lets see how it plays out.
