Thomas, You still don't get it. I made no reference of the Catholic church, and if you could, or would, read the background of a post, you would not make such a fool of yourself. I was speaking of religion as a whole, and that the majority believes in the creation of an adult human being in a garden named Eden, when if he was the first human on earth, who named the garden? You, in your zeal, jumped to the conclusion that I was denigrating the Catholic church, when I had no reason, or intent, to do so.

Multiple churches and denominations are contrary to the words of Jesus Christ, when he said that we should do unto others as we would have them do unto us. He asked that we love our neighbors, but if one is of another denomination, or church, based on the true God, and Jesus, there is animosity. What must God/Jesus be thinking of us as He looks down on us, and how far we have strayed from His teachings. BTW, when Jesus said that His church would be built on the rock of Peter, the rock was in Israel.

I have had many friends from many denominations, including Catholics, and all were good people that understood the beliefs of each other, and respected them. People like you, however, consider yourself, and your religious beliefs, to be above all others, and you look down on them as inferior people. Are you proud of that?

IMO, It is time for all religions, and denominations, to get back to what Jesus actually said, and follow His lead, instead of the lead of another human being. If you don't believe in doing that, then you do not love your fellow man, as Jesus asked you to do. Whose words should guide you? The words of Jesus Christ, or the words of a human being?
