Boy was I off a mile!

In Portland there was a pizza parlor called "The Organ Grinder." It had a huge pipe organ and once an hour an organist would come out and play the most wonderful program. Part of the program involved a little monkey doll that clapped cymbals. It was lots of fun, but you couldn't hold a conversation while the organ was playing.

The Organ Grinder is now history. I'm not even sure the building is still there.

When I worked in Upper Darby, PA, I would go to the movies at a place that played a huge pipe organ between shows. It was great!
