Chuck, According to the final prospectus, the exercise price is $5.00. Exercise price $5.00 The exercise price and number of units issuable upon exercise of the warrants may be adjusted in certain circumstances including in the event of a stock dividend, or our recapitalization, reorganization, merger or consolidation. However, the warrants will not be adjusted for issuances of common stock at a price below the exercise price of the warrants included in the option. sec.gov The only Grubb & Ellis press release related to the offering that I could find was dated March 3 and there no mention of the exercse price. Is it possible that you saw another price in one of the articles about the offering? sec.gov Given the large number of offerings, I have made the occasional typo, though not this time.
