Yes, exactly... and we can all thank kennyboy and his sewer rat tax happy demohacks for taxing Social Security... and they continue to scare people into thinking "the Republicans will take away your Social Security if you vote for them!"

This needs to be made more clear to those who rely on Social Security benefits... the demohacks are the ones who have already taken it away from everyone...

Social security tax is only on the first $100k. If you income is $5 million and another's is $100k you will both pay the same social security tax.
