Some info on Silverstein
He purchased a 99 year lease on the World Trade Center Properties for 3.2 billion.
He owned the lease for six weeks before 9/11
He successfully argued that the collapse of towers 1 and 2 were two separate incidents and collected 4.6 billion.
Nice profit for a six week investment.
