Of the three links you provided, the last two are meaningless because of their ridiculous politics, and were not worth your effort.

The first has some merit but like with many analyses, he focuses mostly on the negative. Its true that presidents have only so much control over the economy. His major complaint that income redistribution which favors the very wealthy in this country continued under Clinton is no doubt correct. However, it did slow and that's the first time in decades that the rate did slow. Of course, Mr. Bush took care of that improvement in the first two years of his administration.

Bottomline: Comparing Bush to Clinton is like comparing rotten hamburger to milk-fed baby veal. Sorry.
