That would depend on your time frame. If the trade is to be held for a day or two, yes.

Keep in mind, when I speak about pivots, I'm referring to swing lows or highs. I'm speaking about the price point where a stock stops setting a series of higher lows, to keep the up trend intact.

If price drops below the recent "higher low" you have a change in the character of the trend.

The swing low or pivot would be $3.40 for NTO which happens to coincide with the trend line. So, any price below $3.40 and the TA is saying get the hell out of Dodge because there is a price void (a lack of congestion or a base) where demand doesn't show up until price trades down to the 200 day moving average.

The weekly chart is showing NTO trying to establish a base of support. For those not already in, I would consider an entry when price breaks out the base. My entry would be above $4.15.
