Quit lying about the NY Times. They have the highest journalistic standards on the planet. They were tricked twice, by Karl Rove (who probably also framed Dan Rather) with Judith Miller (congress was fooled too by the same Bush-Cheney WMD lies), and by a small-time junior conman named Jayson Blair who wrote unimportant human interest articles.

Judith Miller has been let go. Jayson Blair is gone. The NY Times once again has the highest credibility in the US of any newspaper.

The rightwing's attack on our greatest newspapers and TV networks is dishonest and wrong. What the rightwing wants is to replace factual reporting and a strong free press with loyalist pro-GOP propaganda rags like The Washington Times which is owned by a Korean rightwing religious cult whose leader thinks he is Jesus Christ.

The Washington Times is the one you should be worried about. It really does have a political agenda. It has covered up many big scandals in DC, put out many phony stories about Saddam's WMD and supposed AL Qaida contacts, plus phony stories attacking John Kerry with false info. That is a really biased newspaper. The NY Times is not. The Times goes with the truth whether they like its content or not.
