Actually, they defend the second amendment and teach gun safety and shooting skills. Homicide and suicide are not part of any curriculum. Yes, that's right......homicide is treated like its outside the purview of the NRA and they could care less that the US has one of the highest murder rates in the civilized world. And they easily ignore the fact that guns are a significant contributor to that murder rate.......and that's because the NRA is not for the common good as they pretend to be but only for the good of their members.
