Zell Miller deliberately lied to the nation in 2004. The report is he was bribed, took a lot of big tobacco lobby money so he could have a cushy retirement. So Zell was bought and paid for. Then he went on Tv and claimed Kerry had a weak voting record on defense budgets.

Problem is, Zell and Kerry had identical voting records on defense budgets. christ Matthews busted Zell on this and that's when Zell lost his temper and blew his top.

Considering the amount of huge corruption that's been exposed since 2004, can this be any surprise to anyone? Anyway, when you claim Zell is a good role model you're basically endorsing corrupt politicians who lie to the public. Why would you want to do that?
