I believe the stats for a 5-12 match up are 66% for the 5 and 33% for the 12.

So the 12 seed wins 1/3rd of the time....not bad.

My understanding is that there was some kind of BE assistant coach's poll of who was the most overrated player in the BE. Apparently McNamara won.:)

Also there was a poll (overrated) of the players in the BE and GMac won that one also...Rudy Gay finished second and Taquan Dean finished third.

At this point, with the added incentive of having been beaten in the 1st round last year (Vermont), I'd go with the cuse. A&M may have a tough time with SU's zone, if the Orange decide to play defense.
