Your point is an excellent one. If a price war is looming, why is Intel down $0.10, while AMD is down a staggering $2.50? In fairness to Ross, he was the guy so bullish on AMD's prospects relative to Intel a scant two weeks ago (ages in this biz).

I believe Ross has the $16 target price on INTC. He was the author of the report "INTC: Poised at the edge of disaster; Downgrade to Sell" I sent a copy, and believe it is posted on epscontest site.
