Making war is not making crime perse. In addition the entire concept of court approval is about evidence and criminal prosecution as the goal. In the IRS code for example, there are many cases where depending upon how one treats some transaction it is income or expense or not. And one has rules to decide. The voluntary actions of the President with 45 day reviews of the numbers and the consulting with the courts show enormous respect for the sensitive nature of the difference. I wonder at what kind of idiotic cannot see in this context how petty and foolish they are over an issue of grave national security. It is what I expect from pinheads in the sander.
