The responsibility to kill this 19th hijacker is ON THE JUDGE, not on the prosecution.

The responsibility not to f*** up the case is on the prosecution.

Apparently, a TSA lawyer is responsible for coaching witnesses, so it wasn't even one of the first string prosecutors.

Either the judge does his duty or, if he can't figure it out, we send him back to his day job...

Judge is a she, by the way.
