Sunday, Aug. 28 2005 - 1 Day Prior

9:30 a.m. - With wind speeds reaching 175 mph, New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin orders a mandatory evacuation of the city. The evacuation call comes only 20 hours before Katrina would make landfall – less than half the time that researchers had determined was necessary to evacuate the city.

IN Cuba you do as you are told or you may be one of the persons reported as dead or simply dead and not reported. In cuba you accept the official count as to how many died or you may become dead and not part of any count of the dead.

It would take more people to watch cubans giving X aid than the amount 10X aid that same number of folks could give directly.

That does not seem like a good idea.
