Doesn't Ms. O'conner understand that in the Terry Schaivo case the Congress had to act? Those liberal State Court judges in Florida who had spent years reviewing the matter couldn't match up to Senator Bill Frist's videotape analysis. It was necessary to attack the judiciary in that case. Sheesh
