She did a lot of DD before looking at cars and liked the Forester. The test ride was too harsh so I said lets try the Outback. Loved the ride and handling. She told me to keep quiet during the dickering, they gave her a good price but were $500 short on the trade in. I opened up and she kicked me in the leg, I mentioned the going rate for her trade in was $500 more on the net. The manager was next to the door and asked if we had a deal if they dropped the difference by $500 and I said yes. She kicked me for saving her $500.
