If you support ripping up the Constitution of the United States, why not just say so.

It falls into the old "your either with us or against us" line, and the "why do you hate America, Karen" response to any effort to do more than salute GWB and get in line with the other lemmings. Nobody has said they support terrorists making plans to KILL YOUR FAMILY. Nor has anyone said or implied that we have NO MEANS TO STOP THEM. If you feel this way about something like FISA, then I guess we need to give up Freedom of association, freedom of the press, even freedom of religion, because, gosh, if we don't, we won't have ANY WAY TO STOP THEM. Isn't it possible that the billions we have spent since 9/11 might be creating other ways to stop them? I thought we were in Iraq fighting them there so we won't fight them here. The hyperbole is a little strong, I think. Maybe the wiretaps are necessary and a good idea...but not because there is no other way to fight them!
