We have these little cards, 1/2" X 2", with the words on them. We shake them up, stir them up, mix all around, then draw 3 for each person. Write it up on a Word sheet, then copy and post to SI. On the header page for this thread is the schedule. I draw all my words in little piles, draw the pile as I post on each person, Carolyn draws, writes it out, puts them back then draws for the next person. That is why when Carolyn does it several people can get the same word.
