Get used to it: Saddam had no WMDs Even the Bush White HOuse has admitted that by its silence on the issue.

Be wiser with your time and money. Don't waste it on Washington Times. They are trying their utmost to increase their readership by printing crap such as this.

Nobody questions the fact that Saddam had WMDs (Rummy brokered the deal for them and the Pentagon has the receipts). There was however UN Sanctions and an active UNSCOM program of inspections and supervised WMD destruction. By year 2000, as reported by the UN Weapons Inspectors, Saddam was devoid of any WMDs and the Chimp knew it. Through an organized propoganda drive, the Chimp managed to convince everyone that Saddam posed a grave and immediate threat to US security (otherwise he wouldn't have go support for the war). The Washington Times is nothing but a WH publicity machine. They have no journalistic integrity for that sort of ruse.
