Junior can't be impeached unless the democrats take over congress. If they do and then impeach cheney they will also have veto power over junior's nomination to replace him. That's how we ended up with moderate Ford instead of a Nixon/bush/Agnew clone. I am in favor of presidential recall elections if there would be some way for the public to decide when to have one without it becoming a crooked partisan issue like the recall in California was. I think Al Sharpton would make a much better president than junior is. But who wouldn't for that matter.
