I just figured he meant that the back and sides were almost fused together....He said that I was moving, but my back wasn't. Bone spurs/arthritis is part of the problem....And I am actually thinking about checking out acupuncture.... We'll see....I have quite a few things planned before now and the first week in June...so want to not impact any of those things either. But ...we'll just see. Wish I could just wish all the bad things away....It's much more fun to just have fun for a change, and not have to have these other side bar events.... I'm into being an ostrich for awhile...<ggg>
