No, you should phrase it as, "I spend my entire life watching Congress continually botch up women's issues and women's equality due to a complete lack of knowledge and exposure - whether that be for health care or many other things" due to a system that allows discrimination in the govt - the founder's of this country promised so-called representation of the people, the reality is women have nearly zero representation, which is really a violation of the rules. The voting should be based on representation of the populous - if there are 50% women, then 50% Congressional slots should be made for women." Congress has the power to require 50% of the slots must be women by simply stating what the founders stated and abiding to the concept of representation.

Before you give your typical BS about "I want the best candidate", get more current on the latest studies on discrimination.
