RE: "Whoever wins the election gets to be in congress" The founders said people should be represented. In fact, that's why they decided to split from Britian - a very good reason to split - it was because THEY weren't represented. Well, in the USA, WOMEN are NOT represented. I personally would love if the USA split into two different countries - where a new govt actually enforced and implemented representation of the people, including WOMEN. People like you could continue to live in the old country - no hard feelings but representation of the populous is important especially for many of those that are NOT represented.
