No, you definitely can't blame Bush on the telco company you posted that yielded Terri from Democratic Party (Convention head) a few million in a manner that had all appearances of being illegal due to his insider govt information.

I'm a strong advocate for Dems and think Bush should be impeached for starting a war with the wrong country, however, I and many others in communications think Terri engaged in something illegal. It smells. You really have to come down hard on anyone, irregardless of the party, if they do something illegal. I'm surprised SEC didn't investigate Terri.
