I saw part of the Bush speech.

re: Bush warned of more "chaos and carnage in the days and months to come."

It's interesting how carefully they pick their words. What Bush actually said in the speech was "you will see images of chaos and carnage in the days and months to come."

Oops. That means things have already hit the fan, then. When Bush "expresses confidence", that is usually right before he cuts them loose...
