"If they suspect a woman might get an abortion, why not just lock her up in jail cell, without access to hangers."

What they will do is set up border checkpoints. If a woman comes through the checkpoint with tampons in their purse or baggage, they will be arrested on suspicion of having gotten an abortion...

Note: this actually used to happen on the borders between Germany and countries who had a more liberal view of abortion.

The new twist is, they would make it illegal to save the life of a women. Reread it - they intentionally excluded a life clause. I'd like to read the names of the 18 men that make it illegal to save the life of a mother - they support murdering a mother.

On a separate note, it can cost a couple of million to support a severely medically handicapped child. It cost $1.5 million for my Dad to be in the hospital for only 6 months on life support.

Imagine having a child "live" this way for their entire life, if the doctors know this is the way the child will always live for its entire life then that would be cruel and unusual punishment.

On a different note, Ohio would bankrupt themselves with such a law.
