I would agree. As I said in my message, a short here would be into strength and I followed up with a message saying I prefer to short weakness.

The question was if there was a play to the short side. The answer is yes but it is a high risk play, one I wouldn't take myself.

The moving average for PBR, on the weekly chart is moving through a price support range. I have often said that the moving averages would appear around price support or resistance. It's not the average that provides the support but price. In this case they are basically the same, it's easier to identify the moving average hence, my saying the 20 week moving average would provide support.
