Just an abrupt technical move once AMD broke away from $40, unfortunately south, not north...and once direction was determined the INTC PR machine and the (misguided(?))Ross flip-flop just fanned the panic selling.

AMD fundamentals (i.e revenue share momentum) are just too strong for the emotional herd to hold sway too long though.

The reversal today on HUGE volume bodes well for the next month methinks as AMD heads into very positive Q1 earnings, something that can't be anticipated in INTC's case with their $500M recent downward revision,

Look for the very real possibility of additional CPU revenue share in Q1 for AMD, perhaps 16%, up from Q4's 15% ;-)
