Yeah, thanks, Goldie... I saw it.

(So much for convincing Japan or South Korea to accept our beef exports again anytime soon.... Guess the feds have to get busy now and come up with some hard *proof* that this was an OLD cow --- before the ban on beef rendered and fed back to cattle came into effect....)

Would have been SO MUCH EASIER, and MORE PROFITABLE ALL AROUND FOR THE US AG. EXPORTERS... if they hadn't shot themselves in the financial foot by trying to be penny wise and pound foolish, by RESISTING comprehensive feed regs....

Keeping regs loose so they can still incorporate stuff like 'chicken litter' (feathers, manure, uneaten feed --- which *might* still contain cattle parts, etc.) into cattle feed is just plain DUMB.

Some of these export markets may never come back....

The whole industry has saved a few MILLION, and lost a few BILLION in sales.
