Fogo de Chão. Ground fire. Faro is the portuguese for the sense of smell.

Ground fire is what cowboys used to grill their meat and make their coffee on the fields.

For example: We'd say: dogs have a sharp faro, which make them useful for drugs searching in airports.

In Brazil's Portuguese is cheiro for smell.
