Thanks, Holly and Oral, for the notes about symptoms of a stroke...It's a real help to know what to look for....!And knowing ahead of time, helps to reinforce the info on "possibly" stubborn ones in our families, so they will know in advance we are paying attention for them....and for ourselves as well!

Yes I'm sure they can. That would really put you in a pickle with a drunk since I don't imagine you want to just give any ole body a powerful clot busting blood thinner.

You people are pretty amazing with what you have to put up with. I know I've been a handful in the ER before, but I was justified:)
