I don't know, but the Fed prosecutors are are certainly being aggressive, maybe to a fault. Al-Arian is a local case, albeit with national implications. The guy was acquitted in Feb, but is still in jail. Accused of supporting Palestinian terrorist organizations with money well before 9/11... who knows? Witch hunt? I support a charity in Haiti, what if they were suddenly deemed a "terrorist organization"? Maybe I should stop giving to charity? sptimes.com
