After i wrote that i heard General Traynor i think argue for it. Problem in iraq he said was that little preparation was made for it as they expected a walk in the park and so the bush folks figured the iraqis could handle it not realizing and insurgency was on the horizon. So maybe i am wrong but that makes this admin all the more sucky for a lack of a better word.
