So if there are 200,000 people on the list, how many do we think are actually full blown terrorists? 50%, 25%, 10%? Generously assuming 25%, that's 50K people that are the target of our full blown war on terror.

If the terrorists goal is to terrorize us into doing stupid things, they sure have been successful.
