Delay's phony charity The Delay Foundation is a large slush fund of corporate donations masqueraring as a fund to help needy kids. Like Frist's and Santorums, somewhere around 50% of the money is actually used for political operations, including in DElay's case, kicking back to the funder of the smearvets campaign a 26 million dollar construction contract. Payback time.

If the courts look into Delay's foundation they will find gross criminal fraud.
